Better than any of the more common books on the 1936 Summer Olympics in Germany, this book provides a very straight-forward examination of the venues, events and athletes supplemented with many, many pictures not found elsewhere.
Among the photos are of course several of Jesse Owens !

With lists of winners at the back of the book, and an organigram about the organisation of the Olympiad
