Telephone Book Berlin 1941

+ rare revision booklet during printing process, 40 pages

1,534 pages with german citizens during that time!!!
Very awesome book and a must have for the historian about Germany.

In very good exterior and fine/good interior condition.
Wrappers age toned and slightly rubbed.
The special thing about this book is that the binding is sewn rather than stapled.
This is even rarer than the book itself. Very few copies have been sewn.
Sewn books have a much longer life than stapled books, as the staples tend to rust over time,
or in the case of a book this thick, to tear out.

One leaf lacking a small piece of paper, affecting 9 names between pelz carl and pelz karl,
and verso between pense and pension.
Last page creased and corner of page chipped, effecting two names of Zeuthen.
There is no indication that anything else is missing.

Approx/Measurements: 11-2/3" x 8" ~5.5 lb.
