Hohenstaufen Castles Ruins 1930s Book w/100 architecture photos German

Profusely illustrated German photo book portraying old castles and ruins of the Hohenstaufen, also called Staufer, which was a noble dynasty of unclear origin that rose to rule the Duchy of Swabia from 1079 and to royal rule in the Holy Roman Empire during the Middle Ages from 1138 until 1254. The most prominent kings Frederick I (1155), Henry VI (1191) and Frederick II (1220) ascended the imperial throne and also ruled Italy and Burgundy.

Depicting magnificent stone buildings of a bygone era from the Middle Ages, including arcades, castle ruins, stronghold, fortress, arched setting, cloisters, palace, fort, capitals, vaults, throne hall etc.
The photos were probably taken in the 1920's.
