Das Neue Reich / The New State
This Third Reich Album is definitely among the harder to find albums.
It consists of about 70 pages with 156 mounted silver-bromide photos, which are real photographs
and no half tone prints. The photographs are in a size of about 2" x 3".
The front cover is embossed with a swastika in a wreath of oak leaves.
The album has been published shortly after the nazis took power in Germany in 1933.
It includes all the major personalities involved in the Nazi Party like Adolf Hitler, Hermann Goring,
Ernst Rohm, Dr. Joseph Goebbels, Rudolf Hess, Reichsfuhrer-SS Heinrich Himmler, Walter Darre, Dr.
Robert Ley, Hitler Youth Leader Baldur von Schirach, Horst Wessel, Crown Prince August Wilhelm,
SA General Heines, Benito Mussolini, SA troops etc.
Many of the early places of party activity are also depicted including the Reichskanzlei, the Reichstag,
Brandenburg Gate, the Neue Wache, the Kroll Opera, the State Opera, the Berlin Cathedral, Tempelhof Air Field,
Lustgarten, Dusseldorf Stadium, SA motorcycle park, Reichs Party Day 1933, Airship Graf Zeppelin, Hindenburg
Memorial in Tannenberg, Haus Wachenfeld, the Landhaus of Adolf Hitler just outside Berchtesgaden etc.
The photos were given as premiums by the cigarette companies
and were pasted into the albums.

Wrappers slightly rubbed and soiled, otherwise ok with minor traces of use and age.
Complete (!) with all 156 tobacco cards. Very hard to find a complete one!!
All pages are complete and tight in the binding.
