Rare map of the city Tilsit [today Sovetsk] of the late 1930's prior war destruction.

Before 1946 known as Tilsit in Germany in East Prussia, is a town in Kaliningrad Oblast, Russia, located on the south bank of the Neman River.

The map comes mounted in a small booklet, which is showing 5 photos of Tilsit and listing some historic facts about the town. The map is folded within the booklet.

The Queen Louise Bridge across the Memel river is shown on two photos.
